  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

  • A few ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the tough stems.
