Ingredients:

1 cup fresh kale leaves, stems removed

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1 cup coconut water or almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

A few ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:

Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the tough stems.
